Who we are
Zlotskaya Events ("we", "us") is a Dubai event planning studio led by Aléna Zlotskaya. Contact: hello@zlotskaya.events.
What we collect
When you enquire via the contact form or the online concierge, we may store:
- Name and contact details (email and/or WhatsApp)
- Event preferences (occasion, date, guest count, venue vibe, notes)
- Indicative estimate ranges produced during chat
- Consent timestamp and source (form or chat)
- Technical signals needed for security (hashed IP for rate limits, bot-check results)
We do not store raw IP addresses. Analytics (Plausible, when enabled) is privacy-oriented and does not use advertising cookies for tracking.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, run your event, improve our concierge, and meet security and legal obligations. We only process contact details after you give consent on the form or in chat.
How long we keep it
Chat sessions without a linked lead are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Leads and related planning notes are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for the engagement.
Sharing
We may share necessary details with trusted vendors only to deliver your event. We do not sell personal data. Hosting, database, analytics and bot-protection providers process data under our instructions.
Your choices
Email hello@zlotskaya.events to access, correct or delete your enquiry data, or to withdraw consent for further contact. This draft does not replace advice under UAE or other applicable privacy law.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top will change when we do.
